Alexander Hay is a social entrepreneur with experience of corporate and property lending at The Royal Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking and Financial Markets and investment management experience as a partner of Arch Financial Products LLP. He has been responsible for JVs, MBOs and corporate acquisitions across a number of sectors and advises companies on organisational design.

Bernadette Vallely is an award-winning environmental entreprenuer, author and broadcaster. She is a United Nations Global 500 Laureate having started several charities and groups including Women's Environmental Network and being the development manager for Save the World Club since 1990. Bernadette Vallely is a sustainability advisor to the leader of Kingston Council and is the co-chair of Kingston's Environment Committee.
David Bodsworth is a lifelong engineer trained in hydraulics who has been responsible for complex facilities belonging to Esso and the Ministry of Defence and managed his own engineering company for many years. He was recently Chairman of the Kew Bridge Steam Museum and is currently developing a bio-fuels business.
Barry Yagnik is Abundant Freya's Kingston site manager and has many years management experience from the retail sector with Millets and subsequently his own shop.

Homezone Economy is a social enterprise aiming to ensure that some of the profits from the boom industry of the governments feed in tariffs scheme go to the community not the private sector. Homezone Economy has just completed the £500,000 SHIMMER 1 project with The Energy Savings Trust and the London Rebuilding Society to bring PV to households in fuel poverty and is now rolling the project out across a number of London Boroughs.

The Able Project is a social enterprise based on a former landfill site in Wakefield. The scheme combines the production of fish and horticultural produce with a unique outdoor learning facility, training young people in horticulture, aquaculture and environmental skills.
